As you enter the apartment & move into the hallway the bathroom is immediately to your right. It is in excellent condition, having been recently refurbished. There is a bath with a shower fitted, a toilet and a washbasin / vanity-unit with large wall-mirror & shaver point.

From the hallway, there is a wardrobe with full-height mirrored doors & a storage cupboard on your left side. In the alcove there is also a dressing-table with storage drawers & a wall-mirror.

There are two single beds with nice mattresses & recently renewed bedding. There is a bedside table with lamp & an alarm clock. (In case you need to get up early on holiday.!)                                                                                                             The sleeping area has full-length curtains which can be drawn completely around the beds to give additional privacy and there is a wall-mounted oscillating fan to keep you cool on those hot Tenerife nights.

The kitchen / lounge area is at the far end of the apartment.The recently refurbished kitchen is on the left side. There is a two-ring electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle & a microwave oven. The sink has a side-drainer & there is also an over-sink drainer in one of the wall-cupboards. There is a can opener, bottle opener & corkscrew and appropriate quantities of cutlery, crockery & cookware.

The lounge area has an easy chair and a brand-new king-size sofa-bed. There is a dining table with four chairs, a good-sized coffee table and a big television which has UK TV, movie and sports channels. There is also a DVD player with a large selection of movies & TV shows and there is a Radio / CD player with a small music selection. (The complex have rules about noise levels, please observe them.) There is a ceiling-mounted fan which will keep the lounge area cool by day and the additional sleeping area cool at night.

The apartment has an iron & ironing board & a very-good hair-dryer.

The large terrace has metal patio furniture, most suitable for use as an alfresco dining area. There is also a cane 3-piece suite which you can relax on at any time, but is particularly suitable for a quiet drink and good conversation in the warmth of the evening.                                                                                       From the end of the terrace there is a sea view over Los Cristianos harbour & on a fine day you can clearly see the island of La Gomera.
